Simon Bryant, chef owner
Bay Area born & raised, Simon Bryant grew up in a family culture that centered around the ritual of raucous gatherings of cooking and feasting with stories told (and retold) is one of the biggest influences on who Simon is as a chef. Since the ripe age of 13, Simon has been cooking in, managing and owning food businesses around the Bay; from early in his career pioneering a roving fleet of movable restaurants to helming mega-sized catering events to opening and running many Bay Area fine eating establishments.
Furthering his holistic approach to food, Simon’s curiosity led him to the farming community and helped create a program of specialty products grown and foraged exclusively for restaurants which ultimately helped pave the way for an industry standard of partnerships between farmers and restaurants.
Simon’s love of all things food, thoughtful culinary technique and high standards for fresh, impeccable ingredients all come together to bring you this new diner experience.
When not at Eats, Simon can be found trekking the wild rugged beaches and trails of West Marin foraging for local delights or simply enjoying the peace and awe of our incredible location. He is an avid musician and enjoys spending significant time with friends and family.
